Booking fees & Guarantor
Booking Fee: A non-refundable £250 Booking Fee is required with your application from. This will only be refunded if we are unable to make you an offer of accommodation. This charge is to cover administration and standard internet connection once your tenancy commences.
Guarantor: All tenants are required to provide a UK based guarantor. The guarantor agrees to pay the rent, and any other unpaid charges, in the event of the tenant being unable to do so. Any tenant unable to provide a UK based guarantor who we can validate will be required to pay the full annual rent in advance of move-in.
