Is there somewhere to park my car?

Is there anywhere to store my bike?
YES! We provide free storage for bicycles in the car park area.

What do I get in my room?
Your bedroom is equipped with:

• Double bed with large under-bed storage drawer
• Wall mounted bookcase with 3 shelves
• Study desk with access to your TV and SKY points, Internet and phone Point, and 3 double sockets
• Under desk storage with shelf
• Wardrobe with hanging rail, top box, and two drawers

What about my laundry?
There is an onsite launderette which is open 24hrs for your convenience.

Does my rent include the internet?
YES! You get a 2MB connection with UNLIMITED downloads included, you can upgrade the speed at an additional cost.

Do I need a UK based guarantor?
If you wish to pay your rent in three installments you will need to provide a UK based guarantor, however if you are paying your whole rent in advance there is no need for a guarantor.

Can I move in early?
YES! As long as your room is available.

What do I get in my kitchen, lounge and diner?
Each living space is equipped with:

Do I get my booking fee back?
You get your booking fee back in full only if we are unable to provide you with a room.

Can I extend my contract?
YES! As long as there is nobody else moving into your room.
